NOVATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Novation Board of Directors comprises senior executives from VHA Inc. and University HealthSystem Consortium as well as executives from member organizations.

The board provides counsel regarding the strategic direction of Novation and oversight for compliance issues and budget. The directors represent a diversity of experience and professional backgrounds, size of health systems and geographic locations. They are appointed by the chairman to serve on various board committees.
