Compliance Issues

Employees, suppliers, alliance members and other customers of Novation have the option to call the Compliance Line to report violations or concerns about our organization’s ethics and business practices.

The number (800) 750-4972 is toll-free and answered day or night. You may call anonymously – your name is not required. Call information is taken by a third-party service and then transmitted to the compliance officer at Novation for immediate review and action.

Potential reporting topics include compliance with law and company policies such as:

• Business ethics
• Antitrust
• Confidentiality
• Copyright
• Employment discrimination
• Group purchasing organization supplier contracting
• Health care fraud and abuse
• Sarbanes-Oxley financial reporting.
