Randy Cowart
Vice President, Contract and Program Services

Randy Cowart serves as vice president supply chain, United Kingdom at Novation. In his role, Cowart is responsible for providing integrated supply chain management services to Britain’s National Health Service. In this role, he leads the strategic and operations functions related to procurement; supervises all contracting activities; and is responsible for linking with DHL, Novation’s logistics partner, in support of their sales activities.

With more than 27 years’ experience in supply chain development, sourcing and procurement, Cowart most recently served as vice president supply chain and procurement at the Sealy Corporation in Trinity, North Carolina. He also held the position of senior vice president and chief purchasing officer with Springs Industries, in Fort Mill, South Carolina.

Bringing extensive experience working in the global marketplace, Cowart has held positions as general manager sourcing - Europe for General Electric Power Controls in Barcelona, Spain and as general manager sourcing - South East Asia for General Electric Appliances in Hong Kong. He also worked at Wal-Mart's Corporate Offices for 14 years.

He earned his bachelor’s in political science/economics from the University of Missouri.
