Melinda Gardner
Vice President, Business Intelligence

Melinda Gardner serves as vice president, Information and Data Services, for Novation.

In this role, she provides leadership, direction and strategic focus for activities related to Novation’s business intelligence activities, which include the development of analytical tools and services to support business areas within Novation, VHA and UHC.

Prior to her current role, Melinda served as vice president, Supply Chain Data Management, with responsibility for leading the initial development of Novation’s Supply Chain Data Management Services program. Having joined Novation’s Clinical Solutions team in 1998, Melinda has also served as sr. director, Clinical Solutions. Prior to joining Novation, Melinda worked as a clinical pharmacist and manager at various hospitals, including St. Paul Medical Center in Dallas.

Melinda holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California, San Francisco, and completed a clinical pharmacy residency at Duke University Medical Center.
