Jack Langenberg
Chief Financial Officer

Jack Langenberg is Chief Financial Officer of Novation and Provista. Mr. Langenberg is responsible for the financial operations of all segments of Novations’s business. Prior to joining Novation Langenberg was vice president of finance at Kelly Services Inc., a Fortune 500 provider of global staffing solutions. He joined Kelly in 2000 as director of finance and was promoted to vice president and headed up treasury and global mergers and acquisitions in his tenure with the company. He also held financial positions at Price Waterhouse, General Motors Japan, Delphi Corporation and Altair Engineering.

Mr. Langenberg is experienced in all areas of corporate finance, including financial planning and analysis, management reporting, accounting, treasury, international operations, investor relations, acquisitions, risk management and financial organizational development.

He earned a bachelor of business administration degree in finance and bachelor of arts in Japanese at the University of Notre Dame. He earned his MBA at the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
