Kyle Pyron
Vice President, Strategic Planning, Business Development and Marketing

Kyle Pyron is vice president, strategic planning, business development and marketing at Novation. Pyron provides leadership and strategic direction for the teams focused on Novation's strategies and annual initiatives, business development processes, marketing and communications. Additionally, Pyron interfaces with Novation's alliance owners to align planning and communications to maximize overall organizational performance.

Prior to this role, Pyron served as senior director of marketing and communcations in charge of Novation's corporate marketing and branding, public relations, employee communications, and web strategies. During his more than 10 years experience in health care, Pyron has held various positions in strategic planning, product management and marketing.

Before joining Novation in 1998, Pyron was a communications specialist for Impel Management, a Fort Worth company focused on consulting, training and management services for physician practices.

Pyron earned his bachelor's degree in English from Baylor University in Waco and his master's degree in business administration from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.
