Mike Vintges
Vice President, Contract and Program Services

Mike Vintges serves as vice president of contract and program services at Novation. In his role, Vintges is responsible for the cardiovascular, imaging and capital programs contracting.

With more than 24 years’ experience in cardiovascular services, Vintges most recently served as vice president of the Heart Institute and Center for Advanced Surgery and Technology for the Trinity Mother Frances Health System in Tyler, Texas. He also held the position of director of cardiac services with Hillcrest Baptist Medical in Waco, Tex., and director of cardiac and pulmonary services at Grossmont Hospital in La Mesa, Calif. Additionally, he served as the lead invasive cardiovascular technician at Mercy Hospital in San Diego, Calif. and as a medical corpsman and LVN in the United States Air Force.

He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in health services management from LaSalle University, and is a fellow of the American College of Cardiovascular Administrators. He has served the American Heart Association in numerous positions at state and local levels.
