Novation Launches National Group Buy for Imaging Equipment

Novation’s Group Buys Saved Alliance Members More Than $34 Million in 2006

IRVING, TX; February 13, 2007 — Novation has launched a national group buy for imaging equipment to help health care facilities save money on major equipment purchases. Novation group buys provide alliance members with additional savings beyond Novation’s contract prices.

“The group buys have been an overwhelming success with alliance members,” said Denise Rubin, senior director, capital and facilities. “Health care facilities that participated in the program last year saved more than $34 million.”

The imaging equipment group buy is in effect now through April 30, 2007, and includes the following equipment:

Based on member feedback, the group buys now include value beyond discounted equipment prices. Some of the additional value features include discounts on extended service agreements, extended warranties, and training. Since the inception of its national Group Buy Program in April 2005, Novation has helped alliance members save more than $64 million.

Additional group buys will be announced throughout the year.
