Novation Names Jack Langenberg as Chief Financial Officer

IRVING, TX; April 23, 2008 — Novation, the leading health care contracting services company of VHA Inc., University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC) and Provista, LLC, announced today it has added Jack Langenberg to its executive leadership committee to serve as chief financial officer for Novation and Provista.

“It is with great pleasure that I welcome Jack to our leadership team,” said Joellyn Willis, Novation president. “He will be of significant value to Novation and Provista offering a great breadth of experience, proven leadership, and a strong, rich history in the financial arena.”

Prior to joining Novation Langenberg was vice president of finance at Kelly Services Inc., a Fortune 500 provider of global staffing solutions. For over six years he led the financial management team of a $1B segment comprised of nine specialty staffing businesses and six units focused on business process outsourcing. Langenberg also served as general manager of Kelly Staff Leasing and headed up treasury and global mergers and acquisitions in his tenure with the company. He also held financial positions at Price Waterhouse, General Motors Japan, Delphi Corporation and Altair Engineering.

Mr. Langenberg is experienced in all areas of corporate finance, including financial planning and analysis, management reporting, accounting, treasury, international operations, investor relations, acquisitions, risk management and financial organizational development.

He earned a bachelor of business administration degree in finance and Bachelor of Arts in Japanese at the University of Notre Dame. He earned his MBA at the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
