Novation Launches On-Demand Training
Technology Meets the Growing Demand for Training on Novation’s Tools and Technology
IRVING, TX; May 18, 2008 — Novation, the leading health care contracting services company of VHA Inc., University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC) and Provista, LLC, announced today that is has added on-demand training for members of VHA and UHC . Members can watch training videos at their convenience 24 hours a day, seven days a week in any location that has Internet connectivity. The new videos are produced in-house and are on the Marketplace Web site.
“We find that members use our online tools to better utilize contracts and to streamline their business processes,” said, Alex Latham, vice president CTIS at Novation. “In 2007, we taught more than 200 scheduled training sessions on Novation’s contract tools and technology. This new offering further enhances our training program and meets the growing demand by the members for training classes.”
The first on-demand class is on how to benefit from the newly enhanced Novation Contract Catalog. Future class topics include Form Manager training, Pharmacy Reports training and specific, in-depth on catalog capabilities.
