Novation Receives Sixth Consecutive Champion for Change Award
Company continues to raise the bar on environmental issues
IRVING, TX; May 19, 2009 — Novation, the leading health care contracting services company, was today awarded the Champion for Change Award for the sixth consecutive year at the 2009 Environmental Excellence Awards ceremony at CleanMed 2009 in Chicago, IL. The award recognizes Novation for its leadership and commitment to environmentally responsible health care.
“We are honored that Practice Greenhealth has again selected to honor Novation with this important healthcare industry award,” said Jody Hatcher, president and chief executive officer at Novation. “Our team is committed to sustainability. CleanMed is the premier environmental conference for leaders in health care. The conference attracts key decision-makers from across the health care supply chain. Among the presenters at this year’s conference, was Jennifer Waddell, RN, senior director of clinical solutions at Novation. Waddell spoke about patient safety, environmental stewardship and cost effective approaches in health care.
