Novation Awards Agreement to Dinex International Meal Delivery Systems for Food and Nutritional Products
IRVING, TX; January 28, 2010 – Novation, the healthcare industry's leading supply contracting company, today announced that it has awarded an agreement to Dinex International Meal Delivery Systems (Glastonbury, CT) for food and nutritional products.
The agreement is effective February 1, 2010 — January 31, 2013, with two one year extension options. Under the terms of the deal, Dinex International will provide the following products to members of VHA Inc. and the University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC) and Provista.
- Insulated tray systems
- Traditional meal systems
- Rethermalization meal systems
- Induction meal systems
- Insulated/noninsulated components
- Capital support equipment
- Reusable/disposable dishware
- Delivery carts
- Storage/drying racks
