Novation Awards New Technology Agreement to Cook Medical Inc.
IRVING, TX; January 28, 2010 – Novation, the healthcare industry's leading supply contracting company, today announced that it has awarded Cook Medical Inc., Bloomington, IN, a new technology agreement for the Surgisis Biodesign Anal Fistula Plug.
The agreement is effective January 1, 2010 – December 31, 2012, with two one year extension options. Under the terms of the deal, Cook Medical will provide anal fistula plugs and recto-vaginal fistula plugs to members of VHA Inc. and the University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC) and Provista.
