Novation Introduces Online Tier Activation

Tier Activation Made Simple – Saves Time and Money

IRVING, TX; February 26, 2010 – Novation, the leading health care supply contracting company, today introduced its new online tier activation tool. The automated tier request and tracking system facilitates easy online enrollment in tiered programs making tier requests and tracking effortless. Through the new streamlined process, the members of VHA Inc, University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC) and Provista LLC, can manage tiers for all contracts in the same location whether the contract has forms or not. Novation was the first to introduce online form management for members and this tool is the next generation to manage tiered agreements.

In late 2009, Novation incorporated a new, state of the art search engine into its contract catalog to help members get to their contract information faster and more accurately. The new online tier activation tool continues the theme of making contract management an easier process for members. The functionality simplifies the tier activation process for members and reduces the amount of manual work that was previously required to request tiers and track supplier responses. It also provides suppliers with one location in which to manage tier requests from VHA, UHC and Provista members.
