GHX Connect Plus provides an easily accessible connection point for members to electronically trade with their vendors through the GHX exchange. Integrating with either an existing EDI/XML translator or MMIS directly, GHX Connect Plus utilizes a legacy system to:
- Ensure high speed, secure, reliable and guaranteed transaction delivery via the Internet
- Link to the broad base of suppliers through a single connectivity point
- Automate orders from a buyer's desktop
- Receive monitoring and tracking services for each order
Order Manager
As the most mature and robust offering in the industry, our order management capabilities allow members to manage their ordering process in real time. Marketplace provides a single view of your orders so that purchasing teams can identify, track and review order progress in real-time. This allows issues and discrepancies to get resolved immediately, allowing orders to be completed more efficiently. Some key features and benefits of Order Management include:
- Order status and discrepancies from all connected suppliers are provided in a centralized dashboard and/or via email alerts
- The dashboard can be configured to filter and display specific discrepancy types like price discrepancies or a particular buyer’s orders
- Discrepancy information can be easily emailed to a trading partner or a central MMIS coordinator to resolve pricing and item number issues
- In combination with the speed of acknowledgements via EDI, the dashboard supports prompt resolution of discrepancies reducing suspended invoices and increasing access to prompt pay discounts
