Novation's Supplier Diversity Program offers several benefits to our existing suppliers and distributors:

• The program creates an opportunity for suppliers and distributors mentoring MWVBEs to work with those organizations and together bid for business.
• They can create greater visibility in the marketplace through partnering with MWVBE suppliers and distributors.

The program provides supply partners and distributors an avenue to support supplier diversity through sub-contract relationships with MWVBEs.
